We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, subscribe to our service, or contact us. This includes:

- Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
- Usage data from the RewardGuard package (analysis logs, training run metadata)

We use collected information to:
- Provide and improve the RewardGuard service
- Process subscription payments and send receipts
- Send transactional emails (welcome, license keys, billing alerts)
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate RewardGuard:
- Stripe — payment processing
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery
- AWS — cloud infrastructure hosting
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@rewardguard.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary to operate the service (session authentication). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. See our Security page for more details.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
