1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RewardGuard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RewardGuard provides AI alignment and reward balance analysis tools for reinforcement learning systems. The Service is offered in two tiers:
- Free (Open Source) — available under the MIT License, for analysis and detection only
- Premium — a paid subscription providing automatic parameter adjustment and advanced features
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access the Premium tier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual).
- You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
- Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
5. License Keys
Upon subscribing, you receive a license key to activate the Premium package. License keys are personal and non-transferable. Sharing license keys is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Premium package
- Share, resell, or sublicense your access or license key
- Use the Service to develop a competing product
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
7. Intellectual Property
The Free package is released under the MIT License. The Premium package and all associated proprietary code remain the exclusive property of RewardGuard. All trademarks, logos, and brand features are owned by RewardGuard.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific results for your use case.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewardGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license key will be revoked and access to the Premium package will cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
